Summer Share
June-October (22 weeks)
$600 Full Share
$385 Small Share
$240 Individual |

|
This is our most popular share, with a huge
variety of fresh root vegetables, greens, herbs, and even squash later
in the season. From the beginning of June through October (approximately
22 weeks), shareholders will receive 6 to 10 different freshly picked vegetables
in their share. Eat seasonally: the taste is intense. Commercial produce has
only a fragment of the taste -- some elements are there but there is a taste
void. We grow the real thing.

July Start Share
July - October (18 weeks)
$525 Full Share
$330 Small Share
$220 Individual |

|
This is a later starting summer share for
those who don’t want the multitude of greens that we grow in June, or are
too late to join in the benefits of the whole season. See Summer
Share for more information on what to expect in your share.

Winter Share
(November-March)
$500 Full Share
$300 Small Share
$200 Individual |

|
We have a very good idea of what quantities of crops we need
to store and how much fermented vegetables are needed. We know how to store
the crops to keep them vital and tasting good, and know what crops to store
together.
Beginning in November for approximately 18
distributions you will receive just picked greens (weather permitting), roots,
apples and other storage crops. The roots include carrots, potatoes, onions,
beets, celeriac, turnips, and radish. Storage crops include; cabbage, leeks,
pumpkins and winter squash. The other part of the share is lactic acid
fermented vegetables. We make kimchi, sauerkraut and other fermented
vegetables. Organic and low spray apples are also available as part of the
winter share. There are spring distributions in which we give out greenhouse
greens in addition to our storage crops.

Four Seasons Share
$1050 Full Share
$660 Small Share
$420 Individual |

|
Our four seasons share combines the summer and winter share. In the winter we
use our insulated greenhouse to grow greens as an addition to the storage crops
and fermented vegetables.
